Requirements for forming of publication


1.   Thesis should be not more than 600 words. Tables, diagrams or pictures could be presented: each of them will counted as 100 words. 

2.   Thesises should be written using the Microsoft Word in Times New Roman style, 12 print, 1,5 insterspace. All thesises, tables, pictures and diagrams should be presented in soft version in one document.

3.   Thesises can be presented on russian or kazakh or english language. The name of the thesises, authors and their place of work also should be presented on the language of the thesis. 

4.   Thesises should not include the list of references.

5.   Please pay attention, that for all authors should be indicated full Name (no abbreviations), full name of the place of work, division, cathedra, institute, university, city and country. 

6.   Thesis sections:

-        Names of the thesis;

-        Authors and co-authors (full Name without abbreviations);

-        Information about place of work of all authors (division, cathedra, institute, university, city and country);

-        Aim;

-        Methods;

-        Results;

-        Conclusion;

-        If applicable matrixes, pictures and diagrams.


1.      Full-text articles is formed according to the instructions for authors on the website of the journal Clinical medicine of Kazakhstan (

2.      Full-text articles could be presented in russian or kazakh or english language. 

3.      Full-text articles could be in following types:

a)      Review articles

b)      Original articles 

c)      Description of the clinical cases

4.      Full-text articles should be written using  Microsoft Word program inTimes New Roman style, 12  print, 1,5 interspace. The content of full-text articles should be presented in following order: 

1)      Names of the articles in three languages (in russian, kazakh and english);

2)      NAME of the authors wthout abbreviations in three languages (in russian, kazakh and english);

3)      Information about place of work of all authors (division, cathedra, institute, university, city and country) in three languages (in russian, kazakh and english);

4)      NAME of corresponding author of the article, place of work, address (street, city, country), telephone, fax and e-mail on the language of the article. 

5)      Abstract in three languages (in russian, kazakh and english). In review articles the number of words in the abstraсt should not be more than 250. In original articles number of words in the abstraсt should not be more than 250 and should be formed, including following points: aim, methods, results, conclusions. In description of clinical cases number of words in the abstract - not more than 200.   

6)      Key words in three languages (in russian, kazakh and english).

7)      The main text of the articleIn the review articles should be the following subsections: "introduction", "subheadings according to subjects" and "conclusions." The original articles should contain the following subsections: "introduction", "materials and methods", "results", "discussion" and "conclusions". The descriptions of clinical cases should include the following subsections: "introduction", "description of the clinical case", "discussion" and "conclusions".

8)  Tables, diagrams and pictures.  They must be consistently inserted in the appropriate sequence after mentioning in the main text of the article.

9)     List of literatute. This is a very important section of the article and should be formalized according to the requirement that the article could be included in the CrossRef database and get a DOI number. The requirements for the design of the list of literature are as follows:

a)  Links should be listed on a separate sheet, typed through a double interval. The references should be numbered in Arabic numerals [in square brackets], in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text. The reference number is indicated at the end of the sentence before the point. If several reference numbers are used, put "," between them and "-" between numbers when using three or more consecutive references (for example, [1,2], [1-3]).

b)      The list of references should include all and only those links that were cited in the text. References to the journal should contain the following information: Authors, The name of the journal (italics), year, volume, the first and last page of the article. References to the book should include only the year, the first and last page of the article. The authors in the references should be quoted with the names and initials. Abbreviated journal names should be used, as indicated in the NLM Catalog. For more information, you can refer to Citing Medicine, 2nd edition. The digital object identifier (DOI) is a unique identifier that should be specified in the link, if any.    

c)  Links should include all authors, when the number of authors is not more than 7, each must be listed in the link. But when there are 7 or more authors, then the first six authors are indicated, and then "etc.". The publication of the journal's links Clinical Medicine of Kazakhstan (J Clin Med Kaz) adheres to the modified method of citing references Vancouver-NIH (Vancouver - National Institutes of Health). Using the bibliographic software tools of EndNote software management, you can search the bibliographic database, build and organize your reference fund, and then immediately display your list of literature in the style of the Journal of Clinical Medicine of Kazakhstan (J Clin Med Kaz) and upload a file in this style ( Typical examples are:

f)       Links to the chapters of the book 

- Author AA, Author BB. Title of chapter. In: Editor AA, Editor BB, editors. Title of book. # edition. Place of Publication: Publisher; Year of publication. p. [page numbers of chapter]

- Blaxter PS, Farnsworth TP. Social health and class inequalities. In: Carter C, Peel JR, editors. Equalities and inequalities in health. 2nd ed. London: Academic Press; 1976. p. 165-78.

g)      Links not in English language

- If the reference language differs from English, after the name of the link, the original language should be added:

- Pak NV, Chentsova EV, Zueva MV. Transplant of neural stem cells in experimental retinopathy [in Russian]. Vestn Oftalmol. 2004;120(6):21-24

If the cited link is not in Latin, this reference must be transliterated into Latin. For transliteration of the Russian text into the Latin script a free site is used

Step 1. In the drop-down list "options" choose the option of BSI system.

Шаг 2. Ins ert the list of literature in russian, click on "in translit" and get a transliterated list of literature.

Step 3. Translate the title of the article in English additionally with the use of online translators (you can apply and insert it in parentheses after the transliterated title of the article.

Step 4. Further make all necessary changes and additions according to requirements of journal. As a result, we get a transliterated description of the article with translation of the title in to English.

For example, before transliteration:

- Маршакова-Шайкевич И.В. Библиометрический анализ научных журналов. Социология науки и технологий, 2014; 3 (том 5): с 38-48

And after transliteration:

- Marshakova-Shaikevich I.V. Bibliometricheskii analiz nauchnykh zhurnalov (Bibliometric analysis of scientific journals) [in Russian]. Sotsiologiya nauki i tekhnologii. 2014;3(5):38-48

5.      All articles with subsections (title of the article, authors and their data, Abstracts and keywords, main text, tables, figures, graphs and bibliography should be submitted in soft version in one document.

Acceptance of the thesises and articles by September,1, 2017.
